How do you package the goods?
Balustrades and hardware accessories are packaged separately in cartons. Glass and wooden components are secured in wooden boxes, while long stainless steel pipes are protected by fiber bags.
What details should I provide for an inquiry?
Please provide the materials and items you are interested in, the required sizes, and ideally, project drawings. If drawings aren't available, photos of your project will help our designers suggest the best solutions.
What is the expected delivery time?
Generally, it takes 5-10 days if goods are in stock, or 15-20 days if production is required, depending on the order quantity.
What are your terms of payment?
Our standard terms are 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment. We also support T/T, Western Union, and Paypal for your convenience.
